Bed arrived today, took me like 6 hours to put it together and then found out at the end that slats are missing. Spoke to customer service and they said up to 14 working days to have the slats delivered! absolutely appalling! Now having to sleep on a mattress on the floor!!!

Looks great. A bit of a faff to put together (took us 2.5 hours but I think this is typical for ottoman beds). Slats are stored in the headboard.
