very minimalist assembly required ( probably because I assembled an Ikea wardrobe the night before )
Some tips on assembly if doing it all alone 1) Place the bottom black mat with velcro in place before assembly rather than tilting the heavy assembled bed and then doing it as per instructions. 2) do not put the nuts into the headboard and try to slot the sideboard hooks , very fiddly and time consuming because of the angled cut of the sideboards. instead just place the sideboard hooks upto the nut slots and then screw the nuts on. Finally when attaching the bed slats frame on to the gas lifts , clamps are very handy to hold them in place temporarily . Electric screwdriver comes very handy and makes it quicker.
