Candle Review
I purchased this candle for £20, enticed by its promise of 36 hours of burn time. Unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. After just 12 hours of use, the wicks died completely, leaving more than 70% of the wax unused and effectively wasted.
Not only is this incredibly frustrating as a consumer—especially given the steep price—but it also raises concerns about the environmental impact of such waste. A product marketed as premium should deliver on its claims, and this candle failed on every level.
This felt like a waste of my hard-earned money, and I cannot recommend it to others. The manufacturer should address these issues urgently to improve quality and reduce unnecessary waste. Save your money and invest in a more reliable product.

This candle does not burn for anywhere near the hours advertised and the wicks burn out way before the wax. Customer services have proved useless and gave no offer of a refund/alternative because it was a Xmas gift. Apparently this is due to GDPR – maybe staff need additional training on what gdpr is as I wasn’t requesting any personal data because it was bought in store, using good old fashioned cash ££.
